anyone use B12 shots? If so do you shoot while on or off or both and if so how much are you shooting....thinking of getting some AG, any help would be appricated, thanks

I was going ot ask this same very question.
I would assume it would do good PCT since its an "over all good feeling" and "increases appetite"
