B12 SubQ is sick! AMAZING

Excellent use of metaphoric language. A-
I gotta say I love the metaphor as well. It was a good one. Regarding the orals I posted a question in this thread I dont think anyone replied to regarding the sublingual B-12 that is available now. In theory this would be a reasonably direct route to the blood as well. Anyone have any experience with or theories on? Its very cheap stuff and available online straight from the manufacturer in Tenn. I can post a link if anyone wants.

I saw a site the other day saying sublingual seems to be a distant second to injections but still better than oral.

Treatment of vitamin B12 deficiency may consist of the following:

  • * Vitamin B12 injections of 1 mg daily for a period of one week.
  • Vitamin B12 supplied orally at a dose of 2,000 mcg daily for at least one month, followed by 1,000 mcg daily. Methylcobalamin, supplied in sublingual tablets, is the preferred form of vitamin B12.

It's a freakin vitamin...it's not going to have you bouncing off the walls and anybody who says so is exaggerating. Adding vitamins when you are deficient and feel below average can make you feel normal, but taking vitamins when you aren't deficient and feel normal already won't make you feel better than normal.
A life vest will keep you at the water's surface but it won't make you fly.

exaclty

the title of this thread is kind of missleading

anyone who thinks when they start using b12 they will see huge results are in for a big let down...it works but its not magic

I think I am going to try the B12. My recent blood tests showed a slight above range result for the MCH value. I understand this can indicate B12 deficiency. If thats the case I should feel a diff I suppose.

I thought b12 was oil based, because people were saying that they were cutting it with their test and that it looked like pepto. I found out yesterday that it doesn't mix worth a crap. oh well just shoot it seperate i guess. Since it is red, when I aspirate, how do I know if i am injecting into a vein or art.? What would happen if vitamin went it to my vein?

b12 can be administered via IV, IM, Sub-q so no, you will be fine if it goes into a vein and there is no need for aspiration....just go in the stomach fat....you can mix it with your HCG injections also
