B12 sub-q

Is it recommended to do subcutaneous injections for b12? How do I do it?

I'm doing IM b12 injections now. I like how I feel, but I don't like poking through the fascia of my thigh.

I can't do too many delt injections because I suck at injecting and I bruise and I can't do glute injections at all becuase I can't push the plunger from that angle.

you don't need b12 ed. what about quads? i've not heard of b12 sq, only im.

you can do subq, I've done it both ways, but with subq, you may end up leaving a little purple/red dot at the injection point....

didn't like doing a full CC subq, so switched to a 27g 1.25" or a 29g 1/2 inch slin pin straight in.

thanks for the link. I'm gonna get some 27g pins and try it. I'm doing 2x a week on the B12.

I'm liking the feeling it's giving me, just not the poking the needle in. Feeling much better with the b12. Went to an Indian all-you- can eat today.
