In the US you used to be able to buy it from a vet supplier for something like $3.99 for 100 cc at 1000mcg per cc. Now you need an RX.
The only other option would be checking with Syntherol.com. They have a longer acting version (on sale now). Kynoselen or Snytheselen has b12 among their list of ingredients.
