Hey guys i could use some help with injury protocal. I just tore my acl and meniscus and will likely be having surgery next week. I have gh on the way and was wondering if you think 2iu in the morning will be enough to help with recovery. At this point that is the only benefit i am trying to get from it as my training will be limited. Also do you think local igf administration would also help or would that more then likely down regulate the receptors to the point of nullifying the gh use. And should i be on the gh 7 days a week or would splitting it up be more helpful. Thanks in advance and all of your opinions are valued
