---B-Complex VS. B-12---

I can only tell you my experience.. I used b12 in college for swim meets.

bComplex is much more concentrated and REALLY hurt me when I injected it. I did a shoulder inject and the next day, the entire area was black. No swelling, but a discoloration that looked obscene. I sat out my swim meet simply because I was discolored to the point of looking strange.

danm ive been doin the b-comp stuff and it doesnt hurt at all really day only time it feels weird it hurts goin in a little bit...
.
but i iddnt know if i was wasting it or not...

Besides B-12 inyections there are caplets and tablets. U dont necessary have to inyect it. :) AND I DONT KNOW EXACTLY THE DIFFERENCE.

well i can tell you that the only benefit of shooting b12 is if you have a problem with absorption (i.e. pernicious anemia) for example if you have had a gastric procedure that limits the amount of intrinsic factor required to transport b12 or if you had a resection of the terminal ileum (which is where B12/intrinsic factor complex is absorbed) then and only then is there a clear benefit to injectable B12. Just take Oral supplements and save the sticks for something that works.

There's absolutely no advantage to injecting B 12. Vitamins are meant to be eaten. B 12 is water soluable and will leave the body within 48 hours either way.

B vitamins also work best in the complex. (as they appear in nature.)
