B-12's injectables. Worth it?

Do most of you inject B-12?
I'm a vegetarian, so I don't get B-12 the way most people get it -- via meat or dairy -- but, rather, through a pill. Are the injectables more efficient than oral vitamins? Worth doing?
Thanks for your advice.

Ihave to take injectables as the part of the intestines that absorbs it in me was taken out. So i inject. Injecting gives you MUCH more absorption. Probably dosent help but there it is.

the only time I use b12 is when I have an inj winny that clogs when trying to inj. the b12 thins it out and makes is pass easier.

the injectable will cause much more absorbtion, but I personally stick to the orals. I don't think b12 is quite important enough to pin.

I only do it because I am adding it to GH otherwise I would not make a point of doing it alone.

I take it with my trt shots. and sometimes an additional shot during the week if i feel like i need a boost. It helps with energy, mood, and appetite. I like it and plus its cheap. try it out and see what you think.

A half daily dosage of DX7 will give you more B12 than you can possibly use.

Is DX7 good for women to take?..Only asking becuase i have my gf working out and she wants to take b12 injections b/c she is vegitarian and also doesnt like taking most pills b/c they contain gelatin which comes from animals..

Interesting. I bet there are very few vegetarians here.
Nelson wrote a great article on this a while back...

DX7 -- 1 800-343-1803. I think the EF store might soon carry it also.

It does have geletan caps because caps dissolve better than hard pills. Two small caps are more potent than TWELVE huge Animal pak pills.

I'm not sure if gelatin is made from hooves anymore. At any rate, there are animal by-products in most everything. It would be virtually impossible to avoid it unless you grew everything yourself.

I love B12 and use it every week. I use a time released version which only needs 1-2x week injects.

There's no such thing as time released B12. It can't be. It's water soluble. The body time releases naturally through the digestive process. If something is injected it's immediately in the bloodstream. Anything that is eaten and breaks down slowly will most likely be passed through you without any absorption at all. Sorry.

Thanks for the info and the phone number, Nelson.
I'm on the fence about using it. I try to not use pills that contain gelatin, which, by definition, comes from bone marrow.
It's not easy being a vegetarian, but we do what we can.

Yummy gelatin. It used to come from the bones of cows. But the factory-farming meat industry learned that if you grind up the bones, you can feed them back to cows. Cheap source of nutrients. (Mad cow disease, be damned.) Most commercial sources today are swine gelatin. Pig hooves and skin.

There are numerous sources for empty vegetarian capsules. No animal products of any kind. But you'd probably have to pay Nelson a lot of $$ to open up all those pills and re-stuff em.

Yep. Bright yellow. And I drink a ton of water.

I think that's B-3
they should b-3 in everything as a marker for absorbtion
i.e. if you're urinating bright yellow you know that the product got absorbed
