hey bro's, i just got some vet grade b- complex (100ml. bottle) i know it's not the same as b-12, but will it work just as good? what about dosages? sorry if these questions seem redundant, didn't see much about what i was lookin for in the archives............
Well, it depends, some b complex have 1000mcgs of b12, some do not. If your b complex has 1,000mcg you will be ok the problem with bcomplex is that it generally stings like a mother!
