B-12 Question

How do i use B-12. How many mg is safe to inject and how deep should it go? As deep as gear??
The bottle says 1ml contains 1000mcg of B12. Im using it to increase my appatite...Any ideas howmuch to use...????

i use 1 cc eod.....shoot it intramuscular, just like you would with test

I used to take a cc eod but I get tired of the injections. The hunger goes up a little. I didn't notice that much tho. Then again, I can eat the house anyway.

1000 - 1500 mcg eod is what i am doing now
as far as hunger goes i really dont notice any improvement....but i eat alot to begin with

I heard 1 cc but I did 2 cc's intramuscular fpr 2 weeks gave me a lot of energy and didn't increase appetite!
