I have never used b-12 before, and have spent a while looking for human grade b-12, and could not find a legal source for it. From what i was told animal b-12 is the same as human and will work just the same.
So what i have is b-complex plus from valley vet.
its made by Agrilabs.
it contains:
thiamine hydrochloride (b1)----12.5mg
niacinamide----12.5mg
pyridoxine hydrochloride (b6)-----5.0mg
d-panthenol--------5.0mg
riboflavin (b2)------2.0mg
(as riboflavin 5' phosphate sodium)
cyanocobalamin (b12)-------------1000mcg
with benzyl alcohol 1.5% v/v as a preservative, ammonium sulfatte 0.1%.
are any of these dangerous to humans, or is this all normal, and its good to go. i just wanted to check before i go injecting. also this is injected just like steriods right?, into the muscle.
