B-12 Injection Today

I have given many patients B-12 injections over the past years, but I finally took one for myself today. I was feeling fatigued. Here is what I noticed:

Right after injection into deltoid: soreness of the arm (glutes probably a better choice).

Within a hour of the injection, I felt re-generated and full of energy. This lasted for 4-5 hours.

It is now 8 hours post injection, and I feel that I have good energy levels.

I took 1cc (1000).

It is well worth an injection. I have taken B-12 oral and vitamins before, but the injections are so more pronounced in the form of energy you feel.

I shoot 1cc/EOD. I would do it ED, but I'm too lazy to actually go through the two minutes of trouble.

i got a bottle of Vedco 1000 mcg/mL Net contents 100 mL, and each day i take 500mcg or .5 cc (.5ml) right?

im going to try 1000mcg today, i tried 500 the other day and didnt feel a damn thing, i know its not the best to go over 500 but i just want to see if there is a noticeable difference

Some people will not respond to B12, I love the stuff, I take a shot every time I'm dragging ass, work great for me. cinnabar

I started B-12 three weeks ago @ 1ml a week. To me, its definitely worth the money just for the energy boost alone.
