Twisted Conditioning are two manuals written by Bud Jeffries of www.strongerman.com

If you don't know him he is one of the worlds strongest natural strongmen! Check out his site to find out more.

Anyway, here are the links to my ebay auctions. Good luck!!! These are awesome!!!

isnt this a form of spam as well??

I can't tell, but I refuse to click any bullshit links. Links that don't work is a no-no. Virii, anyone? :)

Can't you get traffic on a site any other way that BS spam???.....I guess the '1000 lb bottom-up half-squat challenge' didn't create enough traffic.......anyway, Bud is a strong guy, no argument there, and I am sure he's a fine human being who has overcome a lot, but comments like that just piss me off in general......and, when people say they are natural I take them for their word, and I must say that Van Hatfield and Phil Pfister are MUCH stronger natural strongmen than Bud, yet you don't see them cluttering up every discussion board on the net trying to get people on a website or even mentioning it for that matter.

Whoa there BiggT. Calm down a bit.

This is not spam. I am not Bud Jeffries and I have nothing to do with his site. I bought these books from that site and I am trying to sell them on Ebay! That is where I want the traffic mate. I only put the link to Bud's site so people can read about who he is before they buy it. These books are superb and the only reason I am selling them is to fund my next purchases. I do this all the time, I buy them, take notes, recoup my cash then onto the next. What is wrong with that?
