then mush it down into the holes of a popsicle tray

put some sticks in

freeze for 2 hours and wa-la!! protein popsicles

Holy crap I'm gonna barf! I hope you're not serious.

On a side note, in the movie Godfather where the horses head is in the guy's bed, they used a real horses head, and they got it from a dog food factory.

Cat food, dog food.... whatever. Probably has horses heads in it.
