Awesome new exercise

i dont have speakers at work so im not sure what he was saying, but i bet he has stronger abs then most here... just cause his bf% is higher you cant see them, it doesnt mean they are'nt there...

watch it again and look closely, hes probably what... 20-25% bf but you can still see his ab outline, and they are big... now think; if he lost 15% bf then what would he have... some of the biggest cut abs on his block is what.

although its not the most evolutionary exercise, or that proper, its still moving more weight with abs then most.
so dont flame him too hard

me personally a decline and a 45's all i need...

if your going to do weighted ab work why not just use rope crunches or decline sit ups holding a plate? anyway the guy is a beast and def has some strong ass abs....

I do both, i do decline situps with the plate 'standing' on my chest.....

They work undoubtable, and are in ALL ab sessions...

But those heavy ass crunches, seem to leave me sore as shit for days in the abs section. Very good for MAX ab days. But no way in hell could u do those 3x a week...(as some people here do abs 3-4x week)

Now jpt, rope crunches = kneeling with the rope behind head and crunching??

if so thats great because i do them with the bands in this fashion

i guess you can do them facing the other way but this is normally how i do them. reg crunches and decline ab work are good...but for ab developement and strength i prefer these...they work best for me going moderately heavy and staying btwn 10-12 rep range
