No, Lana's egg whites are just pasteurized liquid egg whites...nothing real fancy about them except they have been pasteurized... so you can just drink them Rocky Balboa style

That seems like a pretty good deal to me based on what I pay at the grocery store for a dozen eggs. Plus, you don't have to deal with a shell or hard boil the eggs. It seems rather convenient if you're always on the go like I am. I hear it tastes pretty good too, which is always a plus.
