so i wake up and pop 50mg pure efedrine right away. make a strong cup of coffee and when it kicks in (usually about 15-20 minutes) i get a JUMP ROPE.

now here's the routine:

you do 100 reps (one set) straight as fast as you can.

then, you rest for exactly one minute.

you then do another 100 reps (one set).

once again, rest for exactly one minute.

repeat this cycle until you've done 1000 reps. (10 sets)

total time should be roughly 15-20 minutes depending on how fast you do your sets.
 
that sounds similar to what we do in the gym when we're having a fighter class except between sets we do pressups and situps and stuff, maybe you could try that for a real killer workout!! :D
