avoiding TEST crash

ok, so i'm starting a SUS250 cycle.

have enough to do 500MG for 10 weeks. Whats the best way to avaid a crash before I hit my cut cycle (4 weeks later)?

I have done sus250 in the past w/ deca.
finished a 10 week cycle, did nolva for 2 weeks and took 2 weeks off from lifting after the 11th week. lost what seemed to be about 50% of my gains though.

i'm thinking of staying on EQ staright into the next cycle though, wondering if that will prevent a crash (and if i'd still need HCG/Nolva after test is done) or what you guys think is safest bet to keep gains straight into cut cycle (Primo/Winny)

This doesn't make much sense. But apparently you started nolva the day after your last shot and stopped lifting the week after?
 
first of all, you took two weeks off from lifting when you finished your cycle....why? One week should be sufficient to rest and also to prevent overtraining. I personally would not take a week off from lifting right after a cycle so I can keep as much of my gains as possible. Second, nolva should be run for three weeks minimum after a cycle starting with 40mg a day for the first week, and then I take it down to 20mg the next two weeks. Third, you should have waited until two weeks after your last shot (or at least a week and a half) before you started nolva due to the test that's still in your system. The combination of those three are the reasons why you lost half your gains post cycle.
 
OKAY, A FEW THINGS HERE-

PCT needs to begin 3 weeks after your last shot when using SUS or Deca. 3 weeks should be the minimum you run your PCT, I go 4 weeks myself. You need to use Clomid as well PC. And you need to use HCG during your cycle. I use it the last 3 weeks up until 3 days before beginning PCT. I'll use it the final 7 days up until that point ED. A week off as soon as PCT begins is a good idea IMO, it's what i do myself. I've had problems keeping gains in the past, but this time around I've kept them and kept most of my strength. Also keep in mind that if you don't use an anti-e, you will probably hold a lot of water, which will come off you when the cycle is over. I firmly beleive proper use of HCG has really helped me out finally as far as keeping gains, as i never used it in the past, just more recently. I must credit Needsize for helping me out with running it as well.
