That's estrogen related hence the recommendation of the AI's by the guys. If it was just water then a natural and legal (unlike those pesky illegal steroids you wanna use lol) and mild diuretic is dandelion.

these are pretty basic questions man... its good to ask but the point is, that if you dont know these kind of basic things, you should not be anywhere near something like tren, and really not any steroid whatsoever
