Forget cycles, I spend about $400 or more a month just on supplements. I voted based on gear, but total spending easily clears the 1G mark for on months. How do you guys break down on the supps / gear, when on and off?

$400 when bulking and about $1200 when cutting. That's for just gear stuff. I do 2-3 cycles a year.

i dont even use supps. when on or off, besides protein and stuff for my joints along with vitamins.

Toozee, yes I make my own gear.

GawdsGift, I'll let you know if I come off.

I admire that.
After reading a great deal about it, it sounds quite economical, and quite safe when done correctly.
I may have to consider this route when I start.

No supps? This works for you? I am sure you get gains, but c'mon, you dont think that you need any supps?

I don't know if I need them or not. But for me the AAS works great, and the supps never did much for me to where I could tell their was a difference, but there may have been.
When on cycle I think that is all the supp. you need, but then again I am sure many others disagree. But I look at it from a money perspective also.
