I know it depends on what type of cycle you did, pct, and diet, blah blah blah.
I just finished a Test/Var cycle of 10 weeks. For those of you that are not always on or on hrt what gains can I expect to keep? My diet will be the same and I am trying to keep as much intensity in the gym as I can. I gained about 18 pounds. What's realistic for me to keep until my next cycle in about 3 months??
