Avena is amazing. It is the closest to an Anabolic herb I have ever taken. (Yes, I know it is not anabolic but the action of freeing up test certainly makes a hugh difference in my libido, strength and recovery!)

Yep, I'm hooked on this shit for life. My sex drive never suffered before, so I'm a fucking machine on Avena Sativa. I'm convinced it actually does free up test because I get side effects of high test when I use it. Either that or it just likes to give me acne in an unrelated manner.
