Avena Stavina and Yohimbe

Has any bro' ever used the herbal supplements "Avena Stavina" or "Yohimbe" (I read about them in Nelson's book) to kick start there sex drive again. I often use viagra till I come up to speed post cycle, but I sometimes feel cramping in the stomach from them so I am looking for other options. If anyone has any advice, experiences, dosages etc., it will be real helpful.

I have used both. Huge effects from Yohimbie. last night i caused a bunch of shit and was agressive as hell.. stayed up till 5:00 am on Yohimbie.

I take Avena each morning and dont really notice anthing yet. (its only been 4 days)

I've taken Tribex 500 for two months and noticed some face zits but thats it. l8ta bro. TW

I use Avena Sativa all the time. I use 2g a day post cycle for a month and usually stay on 1g a day normally when off. I'm confident it's raising my free test because at the 2g dosage I see a little hairloss and increased acne. Not to mention the ridiculous erections I get and strong sex drive.

I've used yohimbine HCL before and like JB160 said " ... works great!! I haven't tried yohimbe before but if it is even mildly as effective as concentrated yohimbine, you'll be pleased.

Yup. I tried this today for the 1st time. I got it at MaxMuscle. It seemed to work right away, or in about 20 minutes. It was awsome- or maybe i was just lucky. I had no trouble with my hard-on. awesome stuff.
