Sorry Omega, for all I have heard your products are great but.....your customer care blows ass... 
About a month ago I ordered a stack. A few days later they send me an email saying that they were out and they were on backorder. The estimate was about 10 days. So I said whatever, I heard the product was damned good so I waited.
About 15 days later I get an email saying
I was refunded and canceled.
Oh well. Was hoping try number 2 would be better. So I ask Omega if things would work out better and I was told that if I ordered on Thursday I would have it by Monday. And 10% discount.
So I order again. No confirmation, no acknowledgment etc. Company ignored me. Monday passes, nothing. Tuesday, same thing. Wednesday, once again.
So I pm Omega again. He tells me Friday. Okay, no problem again....I guess.
Friday passes. This time I have to scavenge around for sign of life from the company. I find through the forums and find that my order would be here by this Thursday. Sigh....whatever, at least I get it.
Then today I check my email and paypal tells me I was refunded. No word from anybody, nothing. Just got my money back and a (I'm assuming) canceled order.
I have to say, after 300 feedback on Ebay, ordering 15+ times of supplements on the internet and ordering 80+ various parts for my father's company, this shipping/service places in the bottom 5 of my all time worst experiences.
Ulcer and AF on the other hand; 2 days between order and shipment and never ignored. Guess who's getting my business.

of you wish PLEASE RE-order as then I can take care of you
