Sorry Omega, for all I have heard your products are great but.....your customer care blows ass... :rolleyes:

About a month ago I ordered a stack. A few days later they send me an email saying that they were out and they were on backorder. The estimate was about 10 days. So I said whatever, I heard the product was damned good so I waited.

About 15 days later I get an email saying

So sorry, its not out Fault

you were refunded by PAYPAL LASTNIGHT

get this:

your order and about 8 others would not show up on THEIR software so I COULD NOT process it

of you wish PLEASE RE-order as then I can take care of you

I was refunded and canceled.

Oh well. Was hoping try number 2 would be better. So I ask Omega if things would work out better and I was told that if I ordered on Thursday I would have it by Monday. And 10% discount.

So I order again. No confirmation, no acknowledgment etc. Company ignored me. Monday passes, nothing. Tuesday, same thing. Wednesday, once again.

So I pm Omega again. He tells me Friday. Okay, no problem again....I guess.

Friday passes. This time I have to scavenge around for sign of life from the company. I find through the forums and find that my order would be here by this Thursday. Sigh....whatever, at least I get it.

Then today I check my email and paypal tells me I was refunded. No word from anybody, nothing. Just got my money back and a (I'm assuming) canceled order.

I have to say, after 300 feedback on Ebay, ordering 15+ times of supplements on the internet and ordering 80+ various parts for my father's company, this shipping/service places in the bottom 5 of my all time worst experiences.

Ulcer and AF on the other hand; 2 days between order and shipment and never ignored. Guess who's getting my business.
 
That's peculiar, I've always had amazing customer care with AGX. The only issue was that I ordered the Lipostack right as Amp02 went out of stock, so they shipped me 2 lipoflames, and told me they'd send the Amp02 free as soon as it came in. This took a while, and I had to "purchase" it and have my money refunded before I got it, but I was still happy. It wasn't completely their fault that they ran out so quickly, and I got to experiment with the Lipo before running it with the Amp.

From what I've seen on the forums lately, it looks like things there have been pretty hectic the past couple months; but they seemed to have corrected the problem, upped manufacturing, and are back to their old, amazing selves.

Hope you can maybe give them a second try sometime...I think you'll see that their products are clearly worth the risk.
