Since they closed the thread where you were arguing with me, and due to the amount of people that want to see some competition, how about setting a date for a poll. Let's make it full body, not just ABS. I figured since you dedicated your life to those asymmetic abs of yours, you'd be willing to show the rest of your body off. Lets set a date, post pics, and let people vote who looks better. What do you think?
 
What are your stats? Remember he's going to have those ripped up soccer legs. Your upper body will hold its own though.

I'm a sprinter, so i have the legs. In the avatar I was at like, 215. I've cut down to about 190-195 currently. I measured my body last week. Right now I have a 45" Chest, 30.5" waist, 17.5" biceps. I didn't get a chance to measure legs. I haven't worked out abs in years, but I was insulted in a prior thread which encouraged this potential contest. So, today I start my ab routine in dedication to fonz.

this was like, 2 weeks ago. Dropped about 2-3lbs since this photo.

I think its a great idea, it wont solve anything though. In the recent contest on the anabolic forum, I blew him out of the water in the shape/symmetry contest, and he still talks lots of crap.....
But I still think a contest would be interesting
 
I don't know if you can compare two different looks like that. Someone is going to have to change their training drastically or maybe both would. When I look at fukkenshredded I see a body model that looks so lean it's scary but I wouldn't want that look for myself. I think these two guys are too far apart in the look they've achieved to this point. Unless the competition is not judged with bbing rules and just on how well each has done to look like their goal.

Might want to fix the vertical stretch in your avatar; it doesn't do you justice.

I couldn't imagine what i'd look like if i've done half the amount of gear that fonz has done. People would probably call me Lou Ferrigno. But besides that, i'll let the people here come up with the terms of the contest!

I completely agree, but the problem is that fonz insults anyone who disagrees with him, and doesnt have the same goals as well. He's been doing it to me for a long time, but I could care less, but now hes doing it to others like eviction, who obviously dont feel like taking it
 
I think people would do better to do as you have and lay off Fonz and see if he can do the same. He's had a lot shit piled on him on the chat last year and it kind of changed his personality on the boards from what it was 3 or 4 years ago. He is a friend of mine OFF the board and after talking to him about it I believe he's seen what's happened to his demeanor and is addressing it.
He's not good at taking punches and neither am I but we are both working on that part of our game.

thats pretty much all I asked in the first place, I never asked for him to be de-modded or banned, that wasnt my goal, I just didnt like the bullying or constant insults, if that stops then I definitely dont have any problems

Agreed. Most people are here to help each others out. Fonz is here for self promotion and stirring up trouble. We'll never see an apology from someone like him.

They can judge wirehair terriers and German shepherds in the same ring, so we ought to be able to compare you and Fonz, even if your goals aren't the same.

That doesn't mean your goals -- or his -- should not be respected and taken into account.

Hmm... I don't know. Are there any organizing or standards bodies in the BB world that aren't full of BS?

Maybe we need someone from the Kennel Club to tell us how they do it. :) They have breed standards, so a specific dog can be judged as "Best of Breed" -- that part's easy. What we're trying to decide is "Best of Show."

This has the potential to turn into something bigger than you two writing your names in the snow. It deserves some thought. We should ask around.

Unfortunately the dog shows are as political and full of BS as the body building shows.

good points Ulter but then you run into how many appreciate the shredded body vs those that favor more mass!!
 
Why are you trying to decide on the aspects of judging? It's much simpler than a pro show here; there is not a single panel of pre-selected judges. Provide three pics each; a thread will be posted; Anabolic section will vote on who looks better over-all. That's it.

Just remember: legs, people. Legs. So far, everyone who talks about having "ripped, athletic sprinter legs" online either looks like utter crap or just never provides any pics.

I go to bed, and I wake up to this....lol

I'm not going to push all the stops for total mass, I'm not comfortable sitting at 200+lbs 8%.

I'm comfortable at about 182lbs at 6%. And then you'll have 20lbs on me. Oh, I'll be more shredded no doubt but you'll ber bigger. This contest seems slightly absurd because of that.

Who would judge it anyways?

Lets face it...the entire board is now divided....into pro-Fonz and Anti-Fonz. You'd be hard set to find a judge or judge(s) that could remain impartial.

Let the people judge it. Even if it isn't impartial, you will see that your comments you made towards me were completely uncalled for, even though i'm sure you see that already from my picture where i'm not carrying an extra 20lbs of water bloat

If this contest is done for fun then it can be a good thing as a form of entertainment. If it's done for some sort of vindication then I don't think it's productive or entertaining.

to post for non plats you have to view the source and search for the image file name. You put the link to the attachment in there. view source, search for the imagename.jpg and copy that part and put it between the IMG tags

I actually agree with some of this, and thats kind of the point. The board is kind of divided into anti and pro fonz, which to be honest is more drama than we need. I think it would serve everyone better if everyone just sucked it up, and moved on. I dont know about you fonz, but I really dont want to do this animosity thing that we've had going on for months now. Its actually kinda draining, and pointless to boot. I am perfectly willing to move on and let the shit from the past go.
If not, I have no doubt that you'll end up banned again, you just cant seem to help yourself(and I get caught up everytime.....). I have said in the past that you are an asset to the board, despite the fact that you piss me off, so I dont think its in elite's best interest to get you canned again.
That being said, I love contests and would still like to see this one happen, but without the anger

Honestly...with these one on one contests, I think the winner will be fairly obvious...so I doubt there will be much controversy on this issue.

And if people DO judge based on personal opinion, I also think it will be pretty obvious. Maybe we should not do a poll, just have people reply with who they think won and why.
 
i dont know, even look at the pros now, the last couple of contest havent gone to he bigger contestants, dexter jackson won the iron man at barely 220, flyweight by BB standards, fonz might be shredded enuff to warrant alot of aesthetic votes.

I'm working till July 14th man at the Nuc lab. I would need 7 days for proper preparation for serious pics.(Most of my pics are done in the spurr of the moment)(Takes me 7 days to carb load and sodium deplete properly).

So, July 20th.

That date would be optimal for me.

i think if we simply have an admin closly monitor that thread on july20th and just delete any negative comments toward both competing. im not talking about constructive critism, im talking about persol insults and such....just an idea

Good point. There's always going to be somebody that's going to try to ruin it. actually like this "contest".....we should have more of thse. Brings the boards closer together.

eviction your gonna have to get alot harder. In those pics your too soft. Your gonna have to work your ass off to get anywhere near in winning shape. Just trying to help cause fonz's body absolutly blows dick. His abs arent blocky or dense. There like little jelly beans. I cant understand why fonz always advertises himself.

Doable, buy I'd have to go all out. Absolutely perfect eating. No mistakes. Basically I'd have to become a hermit.

I think 190-200lbs at 5% is a far more doable goal.

well you said you were 195 10% bf right now. i think you would look alot better at 205 6-8%. but its up to u bro. i met 205 when i said 210. i was thinking you were 200lbs already. i wanted to see 10more lbs on you thats all....

yep, same gyno i've had since i was 14. It started acting up 2 weeks ago so i'm attacking it with 40mg nolva e.d. before I start my next cycle.
 
Fonz will probably try to work out a deal where in exchange for him not having to post pics of his legs, he'll gladly substitute 3-4 pics of his abs in different lighting and poses. In some pics he'll be grinning, another one he'll be looking off into the distance, and maybe another one wearing a hat and pointing to his abs.

Quads are harder to photoshop so you'll have to give him some time on that.

Nah, he'll probably blow off the whole thing because it's not worth it when people make stupid and childish posts like these to take the fun out of it.

I am starting to think it really is impossible to have some fun with this competition and not have high school kid posts that turn it into another stupid flame-fest.

This is a fitness board. people work hard for their physiques...and to have them ridiculed is probably the worst thing that could happen to a user here.
This is the second time you've tried to denigrate my physique, and unless it stops and the person in question is BANNED from the anabolic board because he NEVER contributes anyhting except pathetic responses, the contest will not go on.

Either SSS goes ON RECORD apologizing or it's off. That simple.

Still amazes me howamazingly immature some people can be. Grow up.
