i think i am a good case study on this topic.
brutally honest, i smoked weed daily for close to two decades, with minimum breaks here and there.
95% of the time daily, multiple times a day.
now i've gone close to a year without any form of thc and
-i don't feel any smarter...though my problem solving skills do seem a bit sharper...and from
what i've read, it could take a few years to fully recover anything that may have been fogged up
-my productivity at work is mostly the same...though i find i'm not as eager to leave work and volunteer more for
OT...whereas in the past, i was in a hurry to get home to get a bake on
-on days off, my productivity has gone down...smoking weed on a off day would typically inspire me to run, hike, climb a mtn, bike,
kayak, that sorta thing...now i find myself reading more (even as a stoner i still read about 2 books a month, now more like 4-5) and lounging more
-i feel a lot better in the A.M...smoking before bedtime def got me phoggy in the morning...now 4am wakeups are more crisp
meh
wut was your tolerance like?
did you have to smoke alot to feel it?
i agree with bino. i smoke 6 or 7 jays a day. sometimes more sometimes less. usually pretty good weed, i live right on the bc border. maybe cuz ive smoked steady since a teenager im used to it, but i have a damn good work ethic. i lose alot of shit yes. sometimes ridiculous stuff too. once i was looking for my tin snips for like 5 minutes. my boss says to me they are in your hand. that reminded me i knew where my tin snips were, i was actually looking for my wire snips. shit like that happens often. ill put my hard hat on and forget where it is, but the work ethic is there.
