A guy who was fleeing from a cop at over 100mph was found guilty of vehicular homicide after the cop who was chasing him had a tire that blew out causing him to crash and die. there are alot of "Squids" that ride these bikes...but there are also many more Lame Ass people that drive cars....I'll bet in a given day during your driving experience at least one or two fuckhead drivers in a car will almost cause you to have an accident...where as a Crotch Rocket blowing by you has little to do with your situation in a car....

there are assholes in every sport or hobby....ive chased Harley guys down before -for a near crash because of a poor decision/ or manuver....

not really but for some fugin reason, the officials feel the need to keep drug offenders in jail for god knows how long, and then allow the sex offenders/rapists out for "good behaviour" or whatever the reason- they apparently paid their 2-3 year dues to society and have been rehabilitated or whatever shit they claim and are let go and paroled.
Those are the people that should be put in prison for god knows how long- not petty offenders who actually can receive help and let go of their addictions
