our football weightlifting program is insane, i think the team might have over 40 guys in the 1000 lb club, regardless of that they had a dissapointing year, losing to wilkes in the final game 37-0. I cant remember too much about the program but it changes reps/sets every so many weeks. Ill talk to a few of my buddies on the football team and see if i can get a copy and send it to you and whoever wants to see it. It really is a great program for size/strength.

warning: it has a lot of volume, more than most people on here are used too...

King's did get drilled by Wilkes on Sat, but they still have an ECAC title game with Johns Hopkins this weekend, I wonder if Hopkins still follows Bill Starr's programs.

And folks, the 1,000 pound club Knight was referring to is at King's and it's for Incline, Squat, and Clean....thats an impressive total considering there is no deadlift in the mix.
 
lax substitutes flat bench for incline bench, so it makes it about 30-50 pounds easier.

we are initiating a football player into my fraternity tomorow so ill get it from him, ill post or PM you as soon as i gt my hands on it. I know there in season lifting is this:

mon:
incline, squat, power clean 1 set of 10,8,6,4 for each exercise, every set to failure
3 auxileries of 2x10-12 each

thu:
core lifts 10,8 to failure each
2 auxileries 2x10-12 each

with my current totals im at 980, would prolly be 950 for the football one. however i do believe i will put up larger numbers and crush that 1000 mark.
