Can I still continue my log on this board ? I use it religiously to mark my progress on every session.
Please don't delete my thread yet, I started in January, I need to print it out for future reference to keep me going for years.
I love this program it has made me bigger for sure, just need to still concentrate in the whole flexing during all reps, it is still hard for me on the Chest and Shoulder exercises to flex while lifting at the same time, but I am very hardcore on the slow 2 second up and 2 second down counts with good form, just hard to nail down flexing at the same time doing that...lol
