Lol, no I did'nt see this. I started back for a month, it sucked and then I stopped for a week. Last night was my first workout since then. Honestly, I thought it would be easier to get back on track, but I was mistaken. I'm pretty busy now with construction on my house and taking care of the family. I even "train" two of my wife's coworkers twice a week. lol Don't ask!
Anyway, Since I started yesterday I think I'll keep it up now. I've definately been eating better, so that's a plus. I'll be back, that's for sure.
