Arby's has 5 roast beef sandwiches for $5.95.

That is all. As you were. ;)

What is this Arby's you speak of?

It's basically a fast food place that just specializes in hot sandwiches. I dunno if they have them where you are though. :(

CCJ, meat pies aren't really quality bulking material ;) That said, my favourite is a nice steak curry pie, preferably home-made from a bakery :D

No

good ole Aussie meat pie!

I like meat, and I like pie. Hmmmm.......................(scratches chin and ponders)

I like meat pies. :)

The 5 for 5.95 deal is nice. I also like getting a couple of Big Montana's. Those things have a TON of beef per sandwich.

My personal fav. is a big fat 16 oz Prime Rib....hence the name ;)

They also specialize in undercooking the meat, at least in Atlanta. I have gotten sick there several times (no, I never learn).

Tonight I went to McDonald's and got 5 cheeseburgers and a "basket" of fries for $5.51. This is the first I heard about this deal. Where have I been, lol. ;)

fucking hell, I don't understand how you guys can eat that much!!

My Diet:

Breakast: 1 can of tuna, 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1 bowl of Whole grain cereal or oatmeal, 1 cup broccoli or apples, two glasses skim milk

2 hours later: 1 can of tuna, 1 salad w/ olive oil and balsamic vinegar

2 hours later: two chicken breasts, white rice, salad, milk

2 hours later: two chicken breasts, pasta, salad, milk

after workout: 60 grams optimum whey protein and 100 grams of carbs

1 hour later: Steak, rice, veggies, milk.

That almost kills me to eat that much. 5 cheese burgers? that's some impressive shit.

5 cheeseburgers is nothing. A couple years ago when McD's had 49 cent burgers, I'd eat 10 at a time right after lifting. Then I'd crap.........man, did I crap..........mmm.........

he he he. . .

that is impressive!! I thought I was bad ass for the ability to eat 8 cheeseburgers!!

mcdonalds cheesburgers count as like a fourth of a cheeseburger...lol

I get down with two wendy's classic triples w/cheese from time to time.....or if I am in Cali i'll throw down 2 four by four's at in-n-out.......mmmmmm

I'm in Northeast PA, we don't have any Sonics, but tomorrow after lifting I am gonna get a large pie from Domino's with pepperoni, ham, bacon, and pineapple. It isn't a pretty sight. The whole pie never takes me more than about 8 minutes to eat, and I usually don't come up for air. I plan on washing it down with 1/2 of skim milk.

burger kings triple cheese burgers...ate 3 of them last night....

buff

I like how Papa John's gives you that sauce to dip your crust in. Good stuff.

Hey buff, how much does a triple cheese burger cost?

Pappa John's does have that tasty garlic sauce, I like to dip in wing sauce.....I also have to suggest that sauce Dommino's gives you for the Cinnastix, it is good as hell, stay away from the Cinnastix though, too much sugar.

mmmmm....pie

I have to say I am a Papa John's guy as far as delivery goes....

One Large Papa Johns pepperoni pizza.... (8 slices)
303 calroies x 8
13 g. protein x 8
37 g. carbo x 8

:p

You guys ignored me when I posted the 2 most important bulking items. So I'm reposting it bitches.

Ultimate bulking food: Chipotle's Burrito

Tortilla
Rice
Beans
Corn salsa
Cheese
Chicken, steak, pork or beef
Guacamole
Sour Cream

Sour cream is the only thing in there that really has little benefit, look at all the good carb/protein sources in there. It even has healthy fats (avocado).

Here is the best part: When they get to the meat, after they put it on just be like, "come on man I know you can do better" or something like that and they'll load that fucker up. We're talking at least a pound. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

ALSO:

Papa Johns now has a GRILLED CHICKEN PIZZA!!!!!

is that grilled chicken pizza low-fat? no im not joking. i'd hate to mix carbs and fat. i cant get fat again

wish i could eat like you guys :bawling:

Yeah I love Chipotle. They don't have them back east though. Good thing I moved to TX (where, by the way, everything is bigger ;) )

man you guys can fucking eat!!! i dont know how you do it, iam going to have to start eating like that soon. starting my cycle. its going to be hard!
do most of you still try and eat clen while bulking or do you just eat?
-matt

For you guys that haven't had any, you need to listen to IL and saddle up for CA, AZ or NV and get you some 4x4's at In&Out, that is a good a$$ burger. When my bro's come to visit from out of state that is the first stop after the airport. Put it down with a shake too....

The best part of McD's 49cent or 35 cent or whatever burgers is watching the guy when you order 12 of em' they call back on the little mic "12 cheese burgers please, double ketchup" and the dude in the back is like "dang dude, now I am out a whole run of burgers".... Fun stuff...

I live in a suburb and I have never gotten sick from Arby's.....maybe just one bad place?

If you live in TX, you have access to Freebird's. Which is like Chipotle squared.

Yeah Fuddruckers is pretty good - it's a chain that's all over the place though. There are local hamburger chains that are better and cheaper.

This thread pleases me.

<takes another gulp from milk jug>

Fuddrucker is darn good, though a little pricey and the fall-out from the biggest burger and a large O-rings is hell... I usually pass out for a good 2 hours after that...

If you guys have a chance get to chicago and check out a place called Ricobene's- they have a King Size Breaded steak sandwich that is the bomb and used to be a nightly ritual for me and my old football bros..... It's the stuff big lifts are made of....
