Attempt Cardio... while on A.S? or just Diet?

I'm contemplating whether or not I should do cardio while on my next cycle (cutting).

I would like to speed the process of fat loss, but I'm worried about my heart (I have no problems.. just being cautious). If I'm using gear, I'm putting amples amount of pressure for it to work harder. If I were to do cardio, I feel my heart will be in overdrive.

Does that make sense?

Should I just stick to a clean diet?

Any input would be great :)
 
Hell yeah you gotta do some cardio while on. It raises your liver, kidney function among other things which is very important while on.
