Atlanta Doctors

Is there anyone in the Atlanta, Ga area that has a Doctor that is receiving progressive therapy for "wasting" from HIV. I am very interested in this sort of treatment. I have no where to turn and need some help. I am from a small town just moved to the city and need some direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
