for bro's, you must fall in atleast 6 categories:

-know and/or act like you know about MMA striking, armbars, ground defense and how to escape gullotine holds
-ex-drug addict/alcoholic (preferebly RX) -tries to one up everyone else drug binge story-
-unmarried however has 1 boo on the side and a psycho ex that he still hits, both 32yo heffers
-don't excercise but use to in the past so they toss out advice (use to bench 3x body weight)
-improper eating habits on a daily basis and proud of it
-tobacco/gun supporter
-hates immigration/welfare/sec 8
-says "nigger" but isn't racist
-fan of a shitty NFL team
-goes to the bar by himself on weeknights and logs on CnC @ 2:30am
-posts 40 times a day and claims they have a "office/desk job" aka unemployed
