I think young IE before 20yoa back in the day they did not know AAS would have detrimental effects on the body.

Arnold never used juice. He just trained hard and ate right. He still denies using to this day! lmao

Arnold has admitted to using. If I remember right it was an interview with Diane Sawyer about the time PUMPING IRON was coming out. I"ve read in ARNOLD the unauthorized biography that he was using at 13;but like any other pro nobody will ever know but them.

I have a few of his books and have looked at the pics of his younger life. It is especially interesting to see him with his Father and Brother and study the faces.

Seems to me his face and jaw line went through a radical change around 18. I reason he was an early maturer ... 13 ... and entered real "gyms" about 16 because he simply looked older.

One of his first mentors was a "Doctor" ... so I'm guessing an early start at 16 1/2, with big changes seen 17-19.

What is also interesting is what is he on today. I'm guessing an HRT program with test and HGH, but low dosage. Abd at least one face lift and hair work. I'm surprised no one has "exposed" this for political advantage.
