at the gym last night

So I am at Lee Haney's working out and there is this young guy (about 16-17) in there. Never saw him before. He is banging up 135 about 6 times and racking it, jumping up yelling "WASSUP DAWG??" each time. He had on head phones, so I don't know if that is a new song out or what.

I was training on the other side of the gym behind him and couldn't see his tshirt yet. So I don't pay any attention to him. Later, I noticed that when other guys walked by him they were all saying stuff out loud to him like :

"You need some"
"More Like Estrogen"
"It's What Missing"
etc..

I am standing thinking "what is going on?" Obviously the kid can't hear them (head phones) or he is just not acknowledging them. Then he stands up and turns around and on his black tshirt in bright yellow iron on letters, is the word TESTOSTERONE.

I found this so hilarious. he weighed about 140lbs and obviously had no clue to the reactions he was getting. Upon closer look, I saw that the shirt was from the Testosterone magazine and could only guess that this indeed was the famous T.C. Luoma (sp?).

But the WASSSUP DAWG part after each set was just too funny.

hehe, the shirts are pretty cool, my husband has one. i've often thought of wearing it to the gym, just for shits and giggles.

Muscle Tech shirts are the best, you know the guys that wear them mean business.

In regards to farting, some of the guys as my office like to play a little game, it's basically called going to the dumps. When you have to fart you just walk in to some one else's office and either a. ask them a question, fart and then leave.
b. fart, laugh and then leave.

Either way, the end result is going to be the same. I'm not personally a big fan of this game, unless I'm bulking and then I share the love.
