Ok, i've got REALLY REALLY bad asthma. And it has kept me from doing a lot of things. Its SOO bad that sometimes i've been doing squats or deadlifts and my breathing rate goes so high, i've had an asthma attack.
I don't use it as an excuse, as i F***IN hate it, and i've been hospitalized many times just because i'm stubborn and wanna do something as simple as play football w/ the guys.
Anyways, i'm almost the size i wanna be before i cut, and theres no way i can do cardio. I can't just do "light" cardio either as my lungs will just shut down.. and believe me, its REALLY embarrassing passing out on a treadmill in front of lots of people.
Any of you guys have ideas? I've used DNP in the past (and YES, i am experienced), but i just don't feel up to it right now. ANd even with plain ol diet and exercise.. and i mean STRICT diet, i still have never been able to get under 10% which is where i would like to be, even if for a week!
