Assistance with Cycle

Gang -

I've spent a great deal of time reviewing these forums over the past few months, and need some assistance with a cycle.

A little history - I'm 35 and lifted pretty seriously for about 8 years - I stopped lifting about 5 years ago and have slowly gotten back into the gym with my main emphasis on chest and cardio. I've done a few hard cycles (dbol primarily) in the past (many years ago), but nothing as intense as what you guys discuss here - and nothing stacked (to be honest, I was playing around with a few cycles with some buddies back in the day).

Right now I'm 6' 205lbs and about 14% BF. My diet is extremely clean and I've been cycling betweend Clen/T3 and DNP to drop my BF (in addition to hardcore cardio). *Please don't lecture me on the side affects of DNP and Clen - I've got a great friend that's a Dr. - my vitals are great and I'm not pushing the limits - I've got a TON of experience with this (as well as ECA) and am fully aware of the potential risk. I've done A LOT - let me repeat A LOT of research on DNP and Clen and I can assure you that I'm using these substances very conservatively in addition to high cardio and a clean diet.

My goal is to be at 10% BF and weight in at 210 (no more than 210). With that being said - after I drop the 10 lbs of BF I need to drop to get to 10% - I'd like to add about 15 lbs of muscle primarily in my chest, back and thighs. I've reviewed many comments and suggestions here and am considering an 8-week cycle of Test E with arimidex. I'm looking at doing 2 injections of Test E (Mon and Thurs) for a total of 500 mgs - as well as doing .5 mgs of arimidex to block gyno. Can you guys please let me know if this sounds like the right plan for what I'm trying to accomplish. Also, I've got a few Q's:

1. How long do I continue taking Arimidex after the Test E cycle? (Is Arimidex the best anti-estrogen substance?)
2. Should I take anything for come down / off of the Test E cycle, and is 8 weeks enough?
3. Is 2 grams of protein (per body lb) enough to accomplish this goal of 15 lbs of muscle? Keep in mind - I don't want to explode or look like I'm taking anything - this has to be a very mild gain of pure muscle.
4. Lastly - are there any problems I should expect (while on Test E or after) pertaining to erections? Is there anything I should be taking for that issue?

Also - I'll still be taking Clen / ECA while I'm on the Test E / Arimidex cycle as well as maintaining a very clean diet. I'll also be doing cardio for at least 60 minutes a day to keep my BF down.

Any and all comments are very much appreciated. I'm not 100% set on this cycle - my goal (as I stated above) is to gain 15 lbs of pure muscle - quickly - and maintain it (I don't want it to vanish after the cycle). If there is anything else I should consider - please advise.

I remember you PMing me a few months ago. Great job on the BF and doing lots of research.

I'll let others chime in on this. I'm not gyno prone so anti-e's aren't a major part of my regiment. I usually just keep some on hand in case of bloat or possible gyno.

2. Should I take anything for come down / off of the Test E cycle, and is 8 weeks enough?

With Test E i would go 12 weeks. Stopping at week 8 would be like pulling out and getting dressed without cumming. If you were to run Test Prop (faster acting) 8 weeks would be good.

For "coming off" or PCT i would go with PPs test recovery stack, UNLEASHED and POST CYCLE sold here along with a low dose of nolva.

To help with a fast recovery, shoot HCG starting around week 3 at 250iu twice weekly and stopping with your last injection.

I like 2 grams of protein per lb. Lots of debate here but my philosophy is that i would rather have too much and piss it out then not have enough. Don't worry about "blowing up". 12 weeks of Test @ 500mg/week is not going to do that. Your goal of 15 lbs is highly attainable by eating over caloric maintenance. To "blow up" you would want to start eating around 6,000 calories a day.

4. Lastly - are there any problems I should expect (while on Test E or after) pertaining to erections? Is there anything I should be taking for that issue?

With Test, the only problem would be not getting enough. Get ready to have the sex drive of an 18 year old!
 
First off thank you for your service to our great nation.

I would reccomend running the test E at least 10 weeks maybe 12. But you will get a little bloated unless you take arimidex. If you dont want to "blow up" think about test P. Nolva is best for gyno symptoms, unless its full blown. Get a good ammount of that, you can use it for pct also. Deffinatly run the hcg after week 3 or 4 of your cycle up until the end to keep your testicles from atrophy. Sustain alpha from pp works well as a pct product. Adex would be a good part of pct also to keep estro down and avoid the high levels once the synthetic test is gone.

You wont reach your mass gains if you are cycling dnp/clen AND doing hardcore cardio

Can you guys please let me know if this sounds like the right plan for what I'm trying to accomplish. 500mg/wk of test e is a great cycle, you have to be careful with anti-e's though Also, I've got a few Q's:

1. How long do I continue taking Arimidex after the Test E cycle? (Is Arimidex the best anti-estrogen substance?) you dont really need to, maybe two weeks past if at all. Adex will inhibit your gains and can do more harm then good if overused. Use it sparingly and only as needed (if you have gyno symptoms or are getting uncomfortably bloated). I have run 1700mg of test/wk with NO anti e and i have no gyno at all.
2. Should I take anything for come down / off of the Test E cycle, and is 8 weeks enough? Nolvadex and Sustain Alpha is what i recommend, nolva 20mg day 4 weeks with sustain for 4 weeks. I would try to get some HCG to run during the cycle to keep your testes up and running. 3-500iu twice a week from week 3 on is perfect. I would suggest 10-12 weeks honestly, 8 is too short for my taste

More protein means more fat burning, dont be afraid to consume as much as you possibly can
4. Lastly - are there any problems I should expect (while on Test E or after) pertaining to erections? Is there anything I should be taking for that issue? Yes, make sure you have as much pussy around you as possible cause you will be a fucking machine for a couple months

Also - I'll still be taking Clen / ECA while I'm on the Test E / Arimidex cycle as well as maintaining a very clean diet. I'll also be doing cardio for at least 60 minutes a day to keep my BF down. Not only will this keep your bf down, itll keep your muscle gains down too. Cut the cardio out and do it with your diet.
