Assault & Bullet Proof… that’s what I’m packing in my Athletes Arsenal!

This is from April 08... when I was hitting the gym about 5 days a week! Plan on getting back to that and putting up some new PR's!

Nice layout/table .. Assault will def. keep you focus in the gym.. also have you thought of when to take Bullet Proof ? I would take it for 5days and 2 days off technique .. ive heard it works well. Can't wait for this to get started .. i think im more excited then u lol
 
Actually going to take it on days I workout.. 5 days and 2 days off technique.

It came on Friday, but I'm going to start it Sunday... Not going to start Bullet Proof until I return from a conference.. So Bullet Proof will be on Wednesday or Thursday.

And... no, I'm more excited than you! lol

My Diet (still in a little cut mode)

Breakfast – 6:00
½ cup oats
3 egg whites
1 cup of skim milk
or
Protein, Waxy-Maize & Glut

Mid Morning Snack – 9:00
Protein Bar

Lunch – 12:00
Chicken or Tuna
Veggie
½ of a ¼ cup of Almonds
2 oz of whole grain pasta

Mid-Day Snack - 3:00
½ of a ¼ cup of Almonds
1 cup of skim milk
English Muffin & Natty PB

Dinner – 5:30
Chicken or Fish
Veggie
Yogurt

Before Workout – 8:00
Protein & Glut

Assault – 8:40

Workout – 9:00

After Workout - 10:00
Protein, Waxy-Maize

Bullet Proof – 10:30

Before Bed –11:00
1 cup of Cottage Cheese

Totals:
Cals: 1630 + 680 = 2310
Pro: 193 + 27 = 220
Carb: 109 + 96 = 205
Fats: 44 + 22 = 66

**Still trying to drop some body fat and increase my chances to do a lean/solid clean bulk once Wreckage is released**
