After working my upper body to the point of annilation(?)I decided to incorperate some squats into my routine.
Did them yesterday, and all I can say is WoW! My ass feels like it
is sticking out way more than usual, my legs are so sore that it hurts like a bitch to get out of my truck. Do you guys get this sore everytime you squat? I was going to work chest today but my whole body feels overtrained and exosted.
What do you guys work the same day with legs?
