Asking for an educated guess.

I have never taken gear while on a low cal diet. I'm always attempting to put on as much size as I could. But, I am going to try a moderate cal diet with a light cycle. I'll be taking 300mg deca eack week and 50mg eod of winnie. Please, nobody give me the "that's a terrible cycle" comment as there is no such thing as a terrible cycle IF it's to acheive a specific purpose. Anyways, I'm going to keep my cals at 2400-2500 per day with proteins about 60% carbs about 30% and fats10%. Cardio 2x per week for 30min. 5x5 program. Do you think it's possible to put on 7lbs of keepable LBM and lose 2-5lbs of fat in 8weeks? I have NEVER lost bodyfat while bulking but am going to try (sacrifice some gains to be more lean). Anybody go this route?

yes its not too hard on cycle.

Obviously you haven't been in the game that long.

It's hard as fuck to gain mass while losing bodyfat......the two are different goals and they contradict each other.

That's why we have bulkers and cutters......

You need great genetics, great diet, and great effort to lose fat while gaining muscle on a cycle.

Yeah I have to agree with division...cutting and bulking together is a very difficult task, however keeping the same bf % while attemping to put on muscle is much easier. If you cut out the cardio altogether while dropping your cal intake, then you may get lucky enough to put on a pound or so of muscle as long as you lift for mass, but 7lbs, can't see that happening! Even with AAS preserving muscle, you will still somewhere down the line burn protein as fuel if you're dropping below your BMR!

He only wants 7 lbs. I've seen that many times just on this board alone in the last few years. I dont think its possible to go on a real bulk and lose bf.

You dont think a Very high Protein, Mod Carb diet could yield 7 lbs muscle and drop some fat, while on say Tren and Prop?

Does that make any sense Div? :)

He could drop some fat, but not nearly enough to say he "gained muscle and lost bodyfat".....he can keep his BF% the same though while gaining muscle, that is possible.

I Pm'd you Div.

I could actually lower my bf% while putting on some fat as long as my lbm gains are significant. What do you think would be the ideal number of cals and macro breakdown to give myself a chance to lets say keep bf% the same and gain 7-10lbs lbm? I should give you my stats. 37yrs old, 5'9, 183lbs, 10% bf. I'm going to be taking 300mg deca per week and 50mg eod of winnie. I have some test but I just don't respond well to it. Lots of acne and nipple soreness.

@ 37, it will be that much harder to pull of this feat. Your metabolism is slowed and I just don't see it happening......maybe if you were 21, with great genetics and a great work ethic, but those days are long gone.

You can read up on diet, there are plenty of resources available here.

I don't think age has to do with it as much as genetics...if you're an ecto, then regardless of age, your metab will still be very high...I'm 33 and can eat a horse and in 2 weeks lose everything I've gained...And my brother is 57 with the metab of a 25 year old. If I don't lift continously, then I would get skinny as hell very quickly....I've been checked out and I'm perfectly healthy all genetics! Only since I've began juicing have i noticed the increased ability to gain rapidly other than that, it's always been very slow with me! So I don't know about bluetwisted, but if you are an ecto then it's possible for once an ecto always an ecto!
