Dude, you're better off dumping the extra bodyweight first. You should also have 3 solid yrs in training and learning to discipline yourself to eat around 300 grams of protien daily while allowing time for your joints to strengthen too(connective tissue doesn't develop as rapidly as muscle does on AS-which makes you more susceptible to injury). Once you get down to 10%, then do a test only cycle of 400 mgs/week for 10 weeks. When your bf is lower-you'll actually get much more noticeable gains.

If you need some sort of crutch or incentive to diet try an ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin stack 3x daily. It will kill your appetite and wire you enough to get through cardio easier. It also speeds up your metabolism quite a bit. Start off with 25 mgs of ephedrine, 100 mgs of caffeine, and a reg strength aspirin(the aspirin isn't that important) before cardio. Add a 2nd dose later in the day after a few days. After a week or so do 50 mgs eph, 200 mgs caffeine, aspirin-working your way up to taking it 3x a day. Be sure to take your last dose early enough in the day that u can still fall asleep at bedtime. You should be able to dump 20 lbs in 8 wks if you do cardio, train w/ weights and eat right.

BTW-normally I flame guys like you but since I have a 99 Busa I'm cutting you some slack. So please don't just ignore everyone's advice until you get the answer you want. Without a doubt some idiot will inevitably tell you to go on the juice anyway-even if at this point it will do you more harm than good.

sust. . .definitely. . .get enough so that you can do 500mg ew for 10 weeks. . .go ahead and start at 250mg ew, but when you get to week 4 or 5 and realize that maybe you're not going to get the results you want, you'll have enough to bump it up 500. . .

Cracker, just curious, you seem to be a fairly nice sized bro, me being 6'5 at 280lbs would a busa work? Size wise?

I have almost given up getting a bike, and the last busa sold at the performance shop here about two months ago. Now I am just waiting for the new ones to come in, and hopefully fit on one comfortably (as comfortable as one can on a crotchrocket).

Get an FJR, ST1300, or the new Kaw Concourse 1400.....all of them will fit you, are more versatile, and with practice you can whip every 'busa on the road if you lure them to the twisties!

impressive, but for some reason I am laughing, but impressive.
Go on down and ask for yellowwolf.....bring all your money or your title if you want to race! You WILL lose unless you are a pro racer (and some of them have lost!). BTW just for clarification YW is not me! :)

HOLY shit medical.....thats fucking impressive!!!

why don't you or the other guy ride the damn dragon on a sport bike? are you against them? I'd love to see how fast you could go on a bike made to turn like you are turning that one!!

I'll give it to ya, i dont' think i could hang with ya!!

I'm WAY too big (and OLD!) to ride a serious sportbike! I use my experience and skills to ride what I have to it's absolute limits. I can out-ride 99.9% of sportbikes now anyway! :artist:

It is impressive but no matter how hard he's going there he can only go so fast before he runs out of lean angle. When you race do u race from a standing start or rollons?

Id back myself on an R6 no problems

I am refering specifically to racing the Dragon......Respectfully.......I'll smoke your ass on your R6 and me on my ST1300 unless you are in the top 10% of riding skill....and you may well be. I've never lost to an R6 or an R1 on the dragon. I love to race for fun and for $$$. Spring EF Dragon race??? Has to be weekdays...too crowded on the WE! I'll do your favorite road also but has to be a technical road (very twisty)...I'm aware I can't hang on pure speed...I'm betting on skill in the twisties. Like I say for fun or $$$.....let's do it! I LOVE to RACE!

I love to race to. Gave it up cause i was spending every last sent on it plus i started to get to heavy. No disrespect to the guys that ride sports on the road but most have no clue how to ride them so im not really suprised you havent lost to one.

P.s my favourite road is about 20,000klms away from you

Personally, as long as the Busa was the fastest production bike made, why settle for 2nd or 3rd fastest?? Dealers don't allow us to do test rides here, so it's not like I could give all the top bikes the Pepsi challenge to decide on which to purchase. So I bought a '00 ZX-12 too and invested in a full Muzzy, PC-3. It's an awesome bike as well-but not as stable in the corners as the Busa. Also the Busa is better for taking hos on rides cuz the 12 tends to give passengers a nasty windblast to the chest/head. After awhile I got rid of the ZX-12-not because I wanted to-but because I had so many tickets my insurance jumped to $4500 a yr per bike and they wanted it paid in full before they'd give me coverage. I had to make a choice and the Busa was it hands down. Try watching this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e20G96Bmfd0

I also recommend getting a fat girl to ride pillion when learning how to wheelie. They make a great rear airbag if you loop it.

I have tons of friends with busa's, just never been a big fan of the heavy bike myself. I like to ride wheelies, few endo's and really just like to be able to throw the bike around, which i just don't feel like i could do on a busa. Anyways, i've had more bikes than i can remember honestly, i bought and sold them through college with a buddy who had his dealer license. I do like the electronic speed sensitive steering dampner on my cbr, that fucker really works and you can feel it. Plus i've always just been a honda fan, fuckers are indestructable!

Hondas are by far the most reliable of the big 4. They just tend to lack the soul that the other 3 have. LOL!!!

What was your 1st streetbike dr? Mine was a '75 Zook GT550. The speedo went up to 120 mph!!! Woo-hoo! I learned to ride on that heap at age 18. Worked on it myself too-it's amazing I'm still alive cuz I rode that thing like it was my Mongoose BMX. My 1st fast bike was an 86 Yamama Fazer 700 aka baby v-max. Since then I had a Zook GS1200 set up for the strip with Nos, an 86 v-max, 98 v-max, 98 ZX-11, 98 Bandit 1200 Streetfighterized and a '00 ZX-12. Now we just need to get you some pitbulls and you could be my long lost brother. lol

First bike i bought was a 1993 gsxr 750. the black and pink and purple bike. Rode it for about a year and bought a 98 xz9. love it also.

Here about 1999-2002 is where i was buying and selling a lot of bikes to make some profit. But the only bikes i kept and rode of my own were those two bikes then my first REAL powerhouse......i bought myself a 2001 gsxr1000, it was a bank repo, got it cheap but it was basically a brand new bike. I had ridden 12k miles or so before i had it and hadn't wrecked. Well about 30 miles into my first ride on the new gsxr1k i high sided it due to some loose gravel in a sharp left hander. about 1500 worth of plastics damage and a fucked up foot.

got it fixed and then sold it, turned around and bought me a 2002 gsxr1k the red/black/silver one, loved it too. then sold it for a honda cbr900rr(99). rode it for a while then bought a 2002 cbr954rr for real cheap!! This was probably my all time favorite bike as i got it for very cheap and it was in perfect shape. I redlined that fucker pretty much everywhere i went, it was a tough motherfucker for sure. Hell i'd get on it and just try and blow it up. ride 1st gear wheelies at redline for over a mile. it was a hell of a bike.

then here comes a turning point in my life. i clutched it up in 2nd, went to third and was floating a nice standup at about 90mph when all hell broke loose. car came over, friend didn't get out of my way way up in front etc etc. anyways, i set it down and had to break to keep from hitting the car and tankslapped her good(no steering dampner on that model). i was riding in gym pants and a t-shirt also. so a few skin grafts later, 2 pins in my wrist, 2 in my knee and a bone graft from my hip to my foot along with 4 pins there i was out of the hospital! I couldn't train at all, i got hooked on G as i laid around and couldn't do shit and chased a buzz all day, life pretty much hit rock bottom.............long story i know.

anyways, i kicked the addiction, bought me the new cbr1000rr you see there, got my life back in order, hit the gym and got bigger and in better shape than i have ever been and life is good!

now when i ride wheelies i got on riding coat, gloves and jeans..........lol

needless to say im lucky to be alive but i still ride and still don't mind a good stand up down the interstate!

also, I had numerous 600cc bikes in the past years but only had them long enough to sell them

uhhh....yeh bro, i've ridden the dragon only once, and it really doesn't matter where you race when curves are involved......a skilled rider on a fucking goldwing can outride a novice on a gxr1000 superbike

watch the dude's video, he can fucking ride for sure!!

Of course it's the rider! And I specifically said the Dragon (or a similar road) because VERY few people can handle curves like that...ESPECIALLy on a 'busa! They don't keep the RPM's up high enough, lug it out of curves, and pick shitty lines because they have TOO MUCH power. I'm sure I'll get beat eventually, but so far I haven't. Get a road even a little straighter and I'm toast! I don't think I could ride the Dragon much faster on a 'busa than I can on an ST.
