I am noticing that people should really take more precautions in activities they endeavor. It is REALLY scary some of the stories that are told in the book... and the scenarios that you are taken through...

A seemingly innocent mistake, can really lead you in a hell's shit pot of trouble.

I'm not trying to pimp out his book, i truly think this thing is a life saver.. A mandatory read for those of you in the game or living the lifestyle of a bodybuilder... and not only that, but those who want to get the REAL scoop on what the federal government is doing and the straight dope on steroid law.
