Huh?LMAO...Gyno has nothing to do with the way an individual works out.It is the result of aromitization of steroids into estrogen which makes the glandular tissue in the breast grow.It may also be incurred through progestin based compounds activating progesterone receptor sites in breast tissue.A person who has these biological processes occurring can do a million sets of chest work and it will have no impact on stopping these processes....

I have had a small case of gyno since I was 13 and my younger brother had it even worse when he was a teen.

JUst wanted to mention that sometimes juicing has nothing to do with it. Lots of people get it naturally and I believe it can happen with people who have Naturally high estrogen and as well peolple with naturally hight t-levels.
