I'm simply trying to gain some slight bulk, and get really toned which I guess would involve weight loss. I simply eat
Breakfast
------------
Total Cereal 1 Serving
1% Lowfat Milk 1 Serving
Orange Juice 1 Servive
Lunch
--------
Tuna Sandwich w/light mayo (lotsa protien)
1 Glass of milk
Dinner
--------
More fish (protien, low in fat, either Fluke or Tuna)
Rice (Carbs)
Asparagus
Corn
Need the veggies for some nutritional balance.
Sometimes I'll have steak with rice. I always have rice, and on my workout days, that's generally what I have before and after I eat (an hour gap of course) so I can get my energy (all those carbs, though cereal helps in general too, I can just munch on that)
Sounds too easy to me, but hell it's been working these past five months. I lost 16 lbs of fat within the first month, not even. That was like, most of the fat left on me, now most of my muscle shows. Eh, I was bored so I typed this... =P
