I would expect any controled drug to be treated the same powdered or otherwise.

I cant remember the exact number of AAS that are not on the list, its like 6-12 or so and they all consist of things like implants, or huge drums. They are deemed "OK" because of their form. Powdered AAS are just as illegal as oil based or tablets.

Generally speaking, the law treats the powdered form of a steroid the same as any other state. The law's concern is the chemical structure of the substance.

Zyg, in New York, cattle implants used for human consumption are scheduled the same as AS (schedule 2).
