ART (Active Release Therapy)

Anybody tried this form of therapy? Lots of elite athletes have used & rave about it...I have a shoulder injury that just won't get better, I am giving ART a try starting with my first visit tomorrow. I will let everyone know how it progresses-

ART rocks! I had my chiro do a number of sessions on my hamstring/hip area after I severely pulled it. While it hurt like a sonofabitch (if anyone tells you it shouldn't, they are full of shit) I had an immediate increase in ROM and flexibility.

I highly recommend it for any acute/chronic muscle related injury.
