Hey Steel, thanks for the advice, it makes much a lot more sense..

I will definately take up running after weights and see how it goes, and will check out the crum diet..cheers again!
 
I can't believe no one suggested take an eca/nyc in the morning and do 30-45min cardio on an empty stomach. Has this old std. gone by already?
 
I do already take xenadrine twice in the morning and another two in the afternoon and then do cardio for twenty mins in the evening after weights..so would you suggest doing cardio for longer and in the morning instead? I have lectures in the morning though so cardio and then weights later in the day would be difficult
