Aromasin??? and Arimidex????

aromasin hands down! start with 10 or 12.5 mg ed from start of cycle. then when you get a good feel for the compound drop back to EOD or E3D.

For aromasin, 10mg-15mgs ED is a good start. I prefer arimidex of course, so .5mgs ED is a good start dosage, you can always bump to 1mg if you need it.

Since arimidex only inhibits an average of 59% of the E in men at 1mg/day I don't think you should go any lower than that. Aromasin is considerably better but much more expensive.
I think the logical alternative is AIFM. It's just as effective as aromasin and 1/4 the cost.

no, that's the amount used in all the research as the minimum. People just use less to save money.
