Aromasin advise?

Will be running a sust, var cycle in the begining of Feb. Last one consisted of test c and deca in which I had some gyno issues. I have always used adex as my anti e. I was thinking of aromasin or AIFM. I have never used either. My question is, would 10 mgs a day of aromasin be enough for a 500 mg test base. k for comments

and i used armo...
i ran it 10mg/ed and nothing everything was perfect..
didnt have to much bloat and i was good to go..

most people will reccomend AIFM...but i have personally not used it..so i dont know

either would be fine. dosage of both really depends on you. for some people 10mg aromasin is enough for others 25mg barely covers it. some people would use 1 pump AIFM with that (very few) others-generall need 2-4 pumps (some might need six- also rare)

as a note- while reccomending aromasin or AIFM generally. Also generally reccomend that one have letrozole on hand.

also generally reccomend one have both clomid and nolva (though generally reccomend clomid for PCT- no frontload and reccomend against nolva use if progestins are/were involved in cycle or issues)

I will not be using any progestins, though I love deca I doubt I will ever use it again. As I stated before, some issues last run but a dex at 1mg a day did the trick. I just took some time. I think I will use the aromasin at 10 mgs a day and see but will order some AIFM to have on hand. Thanks for the input!!!
